1.有机合成化学/药物化学实验员
岗位职责:
(1)进行分子有机合成,开发小分子药物/染料/探针;
(2)按照GMP方案大规模合成已开发的药物;
(3)生物分子偶联;
(4)药物研发和给药研发;
(5)核磁共振、质谱和光谱学的分子分析;
(6) HPLC等分子纯化技术。
任职要求:
(1)硕士以上学历,化学、生物化学、药学等相关专业;
(2)至少5年分子合成与药物开发相关工作经验者优先;
(3)有GMP生产经验者优先;
(4)有参与成功开发新药并得FDA或CDE批准的经验者优。

2. 机械电子工程师
岗位职责:
(1)分析光学需求,完成精密仪器设备中光学系统的光机结构设计、精密机械部件设计;
(2)与光学工程师协作设计整个光学系统装调方案,保证光学系统设计精度、可调整性及稳定性;
(3)规划机械系统,电子电气系统,光学系统互相之间的连接配合关系,设计产品的光机系统;
(4)参与光学系统搭建及相关光学测试实验;
(5)协助工艺优化设计,结构方向异常处理及优化等;
任职要求:
(1)硕士以上学历、机械电子工程等相关专业;
(2)熟悉机械设计、机械加工工艺和设备;
(3)了解光机设计,了解各种光学镜片、器件的固定方式,了解辅助装调工装设计,懂得基准选取及合理公差分配;
(4)熟练使用Solidworks、CAD等计算机辅助设计软件;
(5)具有精密光学结构设计如显微镜、光谱仪、望远镜或其他光学系统结构设计经验者优先。

3、大型仪器设备平台管理人员
主要职责:
(1)承担研究院大型仪器公共平台仪器设备的操作使用与对外开放运行管理。
定期做好仪器设备的维护保养,及时排除仪器故障,确保仪器设备的正常运行。
(2)为研究人员提供仪器操作培训和技术支持,协助研究人员进行实验设计并提供技术指导。
(3)制定和执行仪器管理规程和安全操作规程,确保实验室的安全和高效运转。
(4)记录和分析仪器使用数据,生成使用报告,提供决策支持。
(5)管理使用仪器预约审核、数据整理统计、测试服务收费等。
任职要求:
(1)硕士以上学历,材料科学、物理、化学、生物医学工程等相关专业背景。
(2)具备大型科研仪器操作和管理经验者优先考虑。
(3)熟悉电子显微镜、扫描显微镜、核磁共振波谱仪、高分辨共聚焦拉曼光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱仪中的一种或多种仪器的操作和维护。
(4)具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,能够与各部门和研究人员有效协作。
(5)具备较强的学习能力,能够快速掌握新技术和新设备的操作。
(6)责任心强,工作细致认真,具备良好的问题解决能力和动手能力。

戴教授在香港大学开设了光学成像领域的博士后职位。欢迎具有物理或工程博士学位以及光学器件设计/搭建/工程专业知识的候选人提交申请。在构建光学成像设备方面具有实践经验的候选人将会被优先考虑,包括共焦显微镜、光片显微镜、双光子显微镜、光声成像系统、光学相干断层扫描系统、超分辨率显微镜和拉曼光谱/成像系统等。

Professor Hongjie Dai (Chair Professor in the Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering Departments and School of Biomedical Sciences; Jackson-Wood Professor of Chemistry, Emeritus, Stanford University) has a postdoctoral position opening in HKU working in the area of optical imaging. Candidates with a PhD in physics or engineering and expertise in optical device design/building/engineering can apply. We are particularly interested in candidate who have hands-on experience in building optical imaging devices, including confocal microscopes, light sheet microscopes, two photon microscopes, photoacoustic imaging systems, optical coherence tomography systems and super-resolution microscopes and raman spectroscopy/imaging systems.

Postdoctoral positions in Professor Julian Tanner’s lab at Materials Innovation Institute for Life Sciences and Energy (MILES) at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) to be based in Shenzhen
Professor Julian Tanner is a Professor in the School of Biomedical Sciences at HKU and is also a Fellow of MILES in Shenzhen. Professor Tanner will be collaborating with various other teams at MILES to develop new multidisciplinary research projects in nucleic acid engineering. Multiple positions are available for postdoctoral fellows. The team’s research programs will be highly interdisciplinary and collaborative with other groups in the School of Medicine, Science and Engineering at HKU as well as leading groups in the Greater Bay Area.
Specific research topics may include (but are not limited to) the following
1. DNA nanostructures nanomaterials research:
·Synthesis of novel nucleic acid DNA nanostructures for therapeutic, diagnostic and catalytic purposes
2. New biosensing technologies
·Electrochemical nucleic acid methods for biosensing and diagnostics
3. Nanomedicine and bioengineering research:
· New fluorescent probes of RNA function.
Candidates with strong background in molecular biology, chemistry, bioengineering and/or medicine are encouraged to apply for these positions. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
